Identified -
The issue was caused by an internal change to our Conditional Access policies, which resulted in unexpected re-authentication prompts for some users. We are further investigating the problem and get back with updates.

We are currently seeing minor service issues affecting Microsoft 365. As a result, some users may be required to sign in again unexpectedly, or may have already been prompted to do so. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
